      Incentive based sales pay, bonus opportunities, fair management that challenges the sales staff. Opportunity for advancement and personal growth. Fun place to work.

      Cons

      Lots of travel and large demands in a high performance atmosphere can be draining. Communication could improve overall. High level of performance expected.
