Pros

Great company mission, and we get to hear directly from members in interviews the impact Dutch has. Moves very fast. Lots of ownership and ability to make decisions. Very clean data set/strong analytics team makes it easy to talk through complex things.

Cons

Must be comfortable being held to results/KPIs companywide.
