Pros

This is a mature start-up run by grown-ups with a strong track record. I have no doubt that given the leadership and the TAM of the veterinary / pet market, Dutch will succeed. This is NOT a "growth at all costs" startup. Dutch has been building a strong financial foundation by operating lean, scaling responsibly and focusing on building a sustainable business.

Cons

The industry faces regulatory hurdles and pet telemedicine is still so new that consumer awareness is limited and as a result there is a healthy tension between acquisition costs and growth

Pros

Dutch is truly revolutionizing healthcare. It's inspiring to work for a company that is making healthcare more accessible and affordable for pets everywhere. The sense of purpose here is palpable, and it’s rewarding to be part of something bigger than yourself.The company is always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in telemedicine. There’s a constant focus on innovation, and everyone is encouraged to bring new ideas to the table. The leadership team is forward-thinking and open to suggestions.The team here is amazing – collaborative, diverse, and supportive. Everyone is aligned towards the same goals, and the sense of teamwork is exceptional. The executive team is approachable and transparent. They make an effort to communicate openly with employees and truly care about the company’s mission and its people.

Cons

Honestly, it’s hard to find any cons. The company is growing quickly, so there can be occasional growing pains, but that’s to be expected with such rapid success.
