      Dutchie is NOT what it used to be

      Pros

      Solid cannabis technology, nice people and culture and the mid manager level.

      Cons

      Leaders are not truthful. Dutchie continues to lay people off as its business struggles. They just laid off 75 employees last week, 3 weeks before Christmas. This is after they said there would no more layoffs several times. They also just ousted their CEO. Turbulent times.

      Some great people happen to work there.

      Cons

      Terrible ‘People’ team. Have witnessed them being condescending about the Leaflogix and Greenbits employees they acquired. Catty vibe. Kind of company offering all of the ‘perks’ (well-being, inclusivity, social acitivities but your participation is tracked) with none of the money or transparency.
