      Pros

      Dutchie is the by far best company I have worked at. Pro's from an engineering perspective: - Insanely talented & knowledgable engineering team. You will learn a lot. - Collaborative environment. People actually want to help each other improve. - The company is receptive to feedback, so if something isn't working you can bring it up and it will be addressed. - Management cares about providing a clear path for career advancement. - There is consistent discussion around social responsibility. Company actions and initiatives reflect our values. - Flexible schedule and generous PTO.

      Cons

      I don't think there are really any cons, but these are some things we are working on: - Streamlining communication (especially between departments) while the team is working remotely - Dutchie is growing quickly so roles are shifting to ensure that we're allocating efforts appropriately

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work for dutchie are the incredible, unparalleled benefits, pioneering the cannatech industry, and building out a company with highly intelligent, likeminded peers.

      Cons

      Not rly a con, but if you want to work here, you need to work hard and with intention, always. I personally love it, but if you are applying, be aware that there is not much room for slack at this point in the company at least.
