      Came for the mission, stay for the people

      Pros

      Love working as a leader at Dutchie. I’m here for the mission of safe and easy access to cannabis, but the real joy of working here is the leadership, transparency, and goal oriented values that start from the top. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

      Cons

      Primarily remote work if that isn’t your thing, although expect more in person opportunities as we grow. Fast paced high growth environment that isn’t for everyone if you’re not extremely motivated, but expect it to be high ROI with equity for every employee.
