      Pros

      I’ve really enjoyed my time at Dutchie so far. The work isn’t overly difficult, but it’s still engaging and I’m always learning something new. I have a supportive manager and a great team, and we’re regularly working on new and interesting backend projects. Overall, it’s a solid place to work with a good balance of challenge and support.

      Hard to get connected to Co-workers in a WFH environment, but this is not unique to Dutchie
