      Management transparently identifies shortfalls and shares plans to address. People leadership delivers unpopular messages when needed, works on plan to address, and delivers sustainable solutions. Hot space and clear opportunity to drive social justice related to cannabis.

      Lots of work and investment needed to scale, but financial markets have made the company more cautious on spend from hiring to programs to support current employees.

      Dutchie is by far the best software company I've worked for! They care about their people, just as much as they do their customers. Work, Life, Balance. Management who cares & collaboration, even working remote, is A+! We're also creating & building a product that's functional & I can stand behind! Love, love, LOVE this company!
