      Pros

      Dutchie is a special place, because it's a company that practices what it preaches. I've worked at many companies in the past that did a lot of things for show and to be flashy, but here at dutchie, everything they do is genuine and from the heart. They care about us as human beings and understand we are so much more than our job title. Some perks that speak to that are Mental Health days (where you're encouraged to fully sign out of work and recharge) and free therapy.

      Cons

      The Customer Success team's management is very Yelp, Toast and male heavy. Would love to see some more variety!
