      Pros

      Dutchie is able to create a great culture even with most employees working remote. They have a great people team that keep employees engaged, they implement feedback, and they make you feel very included.

      Cons

      I don’t really have anything here. The cons just relate to being a large and ambitious company. Fast pace and lots of change, just be aware before applying. I personally love the pace.

      Lots of smart people work here. If you apply yourself, you can make a big difference. This company is going to make it big.

      Cons

      Salary is middling. So, they really stack benefits on top of benefits to try and make up for it.
