      Pros

      I've been working in the software industry over a quarter century and have had some awesome employers. This one is that much better. The drive to build an awesome business is across the team. There are no slackers. The really inclusive and supportive culture is amazing. A big chunk of this is the CEO's drive to have a great culture. And part of it is the "be nice" in an amazing place aspect of Bend, Oregon.

      Cons

      This isn't exactly a con as this is expected in a startup: You will work hard. Please don't consider applying unless that is in your blood. This company is also growing very fast. This is a solid rocket fuel ride. Expect bumps. The management is there to support you.

      Dutchie is a fast paced, high vibes place to work. The environment is healthy and positive, and we are providing an awesome service that the entire team believes in. Wonderful place to work to say the least.

      Lots of energy, lots of growth, great people, definitely would recommend Dutchie.

      Cons

      A lot of growth so things change fast, for me I actually enjoy this but it is definitely very fast paced. Lots of new hires right now so things change pretty often.
