Pros

Annual salary is a pro.

Cons

Lack of communication, including non response too many critical emails. Lack of important information shared with key people within the organization. Benefit costs are very expensive. Management is unsure of itself and is non supportive to its employees.

Pros

I love my coworkers. We work together as a team to get our patients taken care of. The hours are great and at the end of your 90 days, you get your benefits, to include 40 hours of PTO.

Cons

Some of the employees are not as motivated in working and would rather sit up front or wherever they want. The management does not seem to stop this behavior and therefore it continues to happen on a daily basis.
