- Work life balance - Good working environment - Care about software and code quality - Salary and facilities above average - Have talented team leads. So learning opportunities are very good.

Cons

- Salary is not up to the mark. - Hiring process is not fair. Private university students get much less opportunity to get an interview than public university students.
