Starting salary is lower than some tier 1 company in BD. But increment is great

salary can be better. the place weirdly has a lot of employees marrying each other

Toxic Work Culture: The environment is marred by internal politics, lack of respect between hierarchies, and the use of vulgar language, contributing to a n atmosphere.
