- Good work environment - Friendly colleagues - Opportunity to learn new technologies - Flexible work hours - Salary on time

Cons

- Less salary compared to other good companies - Less yearly increment - Always late for increment and they won't also notify about being late - Biased salary structure - Below average HR team - Seems like they want to be professional as a corporate office but when it comes to the increment they have always been improper - Lazy personal growth - No transportation facility

-No benefits(health, provident fund, transportation etc) -Salary is not standard according to the current market in Bangladesh -No salary adjustment after basic pay updates for juniors. So an engineer can work for 2 years, and after 2 years, his and a fresh graduate's salary will be basically the same
