      Pros

      Amazing tech, smart and dedicated employees, lots of opportunities to step up and contribute in lots of areas. You definitely won't be pigeon holed and there's always another interesting challenge to tackle. Great momentum. CEO is very passionate, driven, and hands-on and is great at attracting funding. Great benefits. Everyone is together in one place, which makes collaboration very easy.

      Cons

      Not a good fit if you don't want visibility or don't like a light speed pace and a very high level of expectations. It can be hard to keep up with the passion, drive, and expectations of the CEO.

      Pros

      Developing next generation products for Dynamics involves solving some of the most technically challenging problems I have encountered in my career due to the extremely limited space and power constraints that the credit card form factor presents. In the past year, the leadership team including the CEO has been focused on enabling the team to find creative solutions to the challenges we face and has taken a new approach which encourages more cross functional brainstorming and working sessions welcoming input from all participants.

      You need to be able to keep up with the pace at this tech startup.
