Fast paced company but work / life balance and flexibility is promoted throughout the company. Very team oriented and everyone pulls together to accomplish common goals. The company is in high growth mode and delivering on its targets, the company's diligent efforts to succeed are starting to be realized.

Cons

The company has had its challenges in the past due to some unfavorable macro-economic conditions outside of its control, however Dynamics has survived the turbulence and is emerging as an even stronger company.
