      Pros

      I have been working at the company for less than a year and have been very pleased with the company so far. Having worked in other startups, I understand the process involved to go from good to great - having seen it first-hand. It takes a lot of work and there are many setbacks along the way. We as a team are hitting our stride and I believe there are only great things ahead in the future. - Fast-paced startup vibe - Diverse product mix in a fast growing vertical - Opportunity to be a part of something big

      Cons

      Like all other startups, there is often deviation from standard practices to "get stuff done" quickly. Furthermore, as new opportunities arise playbooks are written on the fly. Suffice to say it can be hectic at times.

      Pros

      Amazing tech, smart and dedicated employees, lots of opportunities to step up and contribute in lots of areas. You definitely won't be pigeon holed and there's always another interesting challenge to tackle. Great momentum. CEO is very passionate, driven, and hands-on and is great at attracting funding. Great benefits. Everyone is together in one place, which makes collaboration very easy.

      Cons

      Not a good fit if you don't want visibility or don't like a light speed pace and a very high level of expectations. It can be hard to keep up with the passion, drive, and expectations of the CEO.
