At the time I'm writing this, there is one positive review on Glassdoor. This review was written by a shill in an attempt to "fix" our perception. Read the tone and language of the "Changed Days" review. It's not an honest assessment, it's a weak attempt by upper management to deceive potential job seekers. The HONEST Glassdoor reviews have been discouraging job seekers. And it should, because they are all accurate.
The real truth is that people here are extremely unhappy. Pick any department. It comes directly from Jeff and upper management and flows down to us peons. We engage in insane and counterproductive efforts based on the childish desires of a CEO who is dishonest to both his employees and his customers. There is no leadership here, and no one has a good plan for how to fix our company or our products.
FACT: We all lost five days of pay at Christmas due to a change in payroll systems. We found out about it less than a week before Christmas, it was a secret from pretty much all of management and employees. No one was given time to prepare during the most cash strapped month of the year, and no one seemed to consider making the change later (or even earlier).
FACT: A large number of employees were laid off with less than a week to go before Christmas. It was done in the most disrepesctful fashion possible. Management doesn't care about us.
FACT: No one lasts here for very long. We are always hiring because we can't keep anyone. Executives all the way down.
