Pros

Some very good experienced people have been hired. The product is interesting with apparent upside. Some of the board appear to be accomplished, and some big names have invested. A good story, on paper.

Cons

Jeff as a leader is a big negative. Accomplishments have been and continue to be exaggerated, and the rate of progress too slow. Promises made appear to be rarely kept. I have seen too many accomplished senior employees come in to the company and leave after a while with their resumes damaged. The work environment is very toxic causing there to be a general negative environment most of the time. People avoid putting in extra effort or putting forward new ideas as they will be shot down by Jeff. It is confusing to me why Jeff does not allow progress to happen. Very slow decision making as a result of Jeff needing to be involved in everything.

Pros

The people are great! They manage to cope with the terrible working conditions and the bullying somehow. Everyone except the CEO is willing to help with problems and get the job done. They are very smart and friendly and are always willing to help

Cons

The CEO Jeff Mullen!!! This man is the worst person I have ever met! He just oozes disrespect for anyone and everyone! He thinks he's so great but can only get business by straight up lying to customers and investors. The only thing you can be sure of in this company is that the CEO is lying. He makes horrible decisions and then blames others when they blow up in his face He often has the women crying after he stands there and screams at them for something happening that he caused. He is a bully and has no respect for anyone. He has everyone there feeling angry and depressed. If you dont tell him exactly what he wants to hear, he goes off on you. If something is wrong and you start to tell him he walks away. Sometimes he says he dont want to hear it in case someone asks him he can say he didnt know. He will call you up on weekends and holidays to come in right away and fix something he forgot about. If you dont he will punish you. This happens all the time. He hires people away from good paying jobs and fires them after a few months, even if they are doing a good job, and especially if they get sick or pregnant. He has cameras installed everywhere. You are being watched at your work stations, the lunch room, in the engineering rooms and there are 3 outside the restroom doors. This is the most hostile work place I have ever seen. We really need a union.

Pros

My co-workers are the ONLY reason I return to work. Don't want to let them down.

Cons

This is the most unorganized place I've EVER worked for. Nothing makes sense. They make huge changes to EVERY process on a daily and refuse to communicate that information to everyone that is assisting on the build. Jeff Mullen ALWAYS has suggestions on how to assemble and perform various steps in EVERY process and because he's the CEO what he says goes even when it doesn't make any sense. Normal things that will fail Quality Control standards he will tell us to let it pass just to make good numbers. He cares more about quantity verse quality. Our finished product looks and works like crap because he wants to ship product. Jeff's way of making things happen is to throw a lot of inexperienced people at a problem and hope for a good result. Is this man insane???? I can describe Dynamics as a house that a man builds but never finishes any rooms before starting to build another one....the foundation is half completed and yet he wants to start building the roof. It's a joke. He's rude to ALL of his employees and he takes advantage of good workers by making them stay over 24 hours to reach an unreasonable deadline. Jeff lies to ALL of his investors....claiming that we are able to produce a certain amount of product when we aren't even equipped to produce half of that amount. This company is full of lies and deceit. I actually feel sorry for ALL the new employees recently hired because they don't have a clue to what they are about to endure. I won't be here to much longer.... Jeff Mullen is going to be responsible for his company failing
