      Pros

      Startups are tough and roadmaps not available when you are the leader in a high technology field. Not everyday is a step forward but the company is in a positive direction. The culture is geared for success. Employees are informed and engaged.

      Cons

      Long hours and periodic chaos. Sometimes the train gets off the tracks. Turnover a little higher than normal.

      Pros

      Work with the C-Suite, "Take the ball and run with it." approach is satisfying. Has been and continues to be a great educational experience. As the needs of the company evolve, so can your role(s) = opportunity for growth/advancement.

      Pros

      The business plan is a winner. This is a small company that is pushing the envelope in FinTech with exciting next generation products and services. The environment is fast paced and energetic which makes the days go quick. The recent focus on team building has made some marked improvements, enabling cross business cooperation and added efficiencies. The people; when deadlines approach, everyone pulls together to get the job done. The benefit of being a small company, it’s more like a family. Other perks: coffee machines, rec. room and lunch provided.

      Cons

      The other edge of the sword of being a small company; not enough staff to take on the world, causing us to losing some talented people. Some facility improvements need to be made regarding HVAC.
