Pros
The company over the ten years I have been with them has helped me grow from an analyst to a Director of the company. The owners and VPs of the company are very loyal to their employees and provide competitive benefits/compensation, training, and mentoring for all employees. The environment they created is one that is welcoming and family like. Once a Dynamite always a Dynamite! I look forward to another 10 with the company!
Cons
The company has created such a nice comfortable workplace at Dynamis Headquarters that employees who work on Government site don't often get to enjoy the same environment. This isn't something the company can control but can often be looked as a con when you don't work at Headquarters to enjoy the free coffee, free water, fountain soda machine, snacks, gym access, and balcony seating.
