Great Company to Work; Great Management

Pros

I was able to set my own achievement aspirations and received considerable support from the organization to achieve them. Great people at the company management level. The owners, VPs and Directors and all very approachable. An overall great place to work and blaze a path for yourself.

Cons

This is not necessarily a con, but the company is reasonably young and is still in the growth/maturity phase so some organizational aspects may not be as established as other more seasoned organizations.

Pros

Dynamis takes good care of their employees and will go out of their way to make them happy. They offer a great benefits package including full health insurance and education reimbursement. They have set up a positive and healthy work environment which shows they really put their employees first. Love being here and look forward to a future here at Dynamis!

Pros

Great supervisors who will die on a hill for their members. Lots of coaching and mentoring, accountability, flexibility, and hilarity. Even lots of the federal employees we work with are amazing.

Cons

I'll let you know when I think of them... maybe.
