Small company who tried to personally interact with the employees. I really appreciated this aspect of the company.

Pros

Dynamis is a great company. They are small and leadership really strives to make it a positive atmosphere. Employees have a wealth of knowledge in their fields and the management seems very organized. Highly recommend.

Cons

It's only based in a few locations, making it difficult to see coworkers in person often. That being said, it still feels like a close-knit organization because of the events they put on for employees throughout the year.
