Pros

English translation of Maori proverb title : What is the most important thing in the world? It is the people, it is the people, it is the people Dynamic environment, interesting and varied. I love that I have colleagues from all over the world; we have met and work together in my country and theirs. A lot of independence and autonomy is required to operate remotely and this suits my personality and the company operating model.

Cons

Operating in a far timzone, most significant events in the company are at strange times for me, although I have always loved the sense of belonging to something big when joining online events at odd hours. It can be difficult to career progress in a small country far away without moving.
