I could´t find a real downside, probably will say that there is a lot of information that we need to process in a short time starting a job here

Pros

I get to work with customers and help them navigate using the best solutions for monitoring the essential applications. COVID-19 has increased the user demands of online applications since brick and mortar stores have been closed or only open for limited access. The benefits to employees are excellent and the collaboration of colleagues is very good. Dynatrace is a great place to advance your career.

Cons

I have found no problems and don't expect to see any.

Pros

Still you have the sense of being in the garage with the guys who made it all. Great sense of fellowship. Teamwork, support. No office politics. You have the best product by far, and it keeps innovating!

Cons

Not much investing in marketing. You have to make the message reach your target and let them know there's no better option. Even though I list this as a Con, I love the fact the company prefers to invest in RD&D and is proud of it.
