      Overall great company, yet falls shorts of what it could be.

      Pros

      CEO, Founder, Vision, Capabilities, teams of focused people(Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.) working together toward a common goal; supporting sales of quality products that help customers.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectation from lower-level management. We all know that performance is key, so when trying to understand how the company falls short in a region or two for 3 consecutive years, it has to be the sales team and engineers, right? Then turnover is high, and yet the messaging still gets ignored by potential customers. So hire new people, put in place 'new' management styles, but get the same results. Wash, rinse, and repeat?

      - Top pay - Fantastic culture - Best product in industry by far - Start up feel at mid-sized public co. - Excellent management/middle-management in the SDR organization - Top 10 highest paying SDR positions in the US

      Cons

      - Smallest % of SDRs hitting quota at Top 10 - SDR organization is under marketing which leads to strange priorities - Limited training/very complex industry - Experience depends on which manager you get
