Pros

Possible to slip between the cracks and not be given any serious responsibility or ownership despite repeatedly asking for interesting work to dig into.

Cons

Tendency for individuals to hold ownership and get credit for things rather than teams. Unclear reporting structure and very difficult to find decision makers.

The management is not strategic, lacks in contributing any creative ideas that move complex deal cycles forward and are often too busy to align well to customers Executive sponsors for developing relationships.
