Pros

Great product. When leveraged properly the product makes a difference for customers.

Cons

Horrible internal process. Back office is over worked and/or new. It’s very hard to get things done and set customer expectations. If you get a boss who does not help, success will be difficult.

Pros

Staff is older and more mature than other companies I've worked for. Most are great to collaborate with and very professional.

Cons

Internal processes are too lengthy and need to be better automated. Too much manual work inside of Salesforce and CPQ.
