Good tech but they don't care about the people

Pros

Great technology; brilliant minds and very interesting people working there.

Cons

They don't care about you like they make out to the world. It's not clear how to progress and they keep changing the goal post yearly (I was there for 4-5 years and promotion criteria was changed 3 times...each being different from previous). Also there are a lot of factions in the company.
