Pros

Free lunch, free coffee, benefits are OK, talks more than work, good place for someone who doesn't like programming and don't care about career progression.

Cons

Snacks aren't free, lot's of meetings and politicians. They constantly exploit SAFe Agile, and have a lot of Agile overheads that made the company less competitive. Depending on the team you are in, there might be little to no growth potential because senior management doesn't like your manager ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
