You get really flexible working environment here, no rigid structure and working hours. If you are innovative, you can shout your ideas and concepts to implement them if those are beneficial to your project or to the company.

Cons

Salary is not really competent compared to central city in Malaysia such as KL or Penang. Hierarchy is growing.

Great culture amongst the many people and great work to be involved in. Overall this company is in great shape. The atmosphere can at times be euphoric. Staff discount is a big bonus if you like the products.

Cons

Its a hard place to progress and although hundreds were promoted at the last opportunity - no reason was given as to why this special bunch got promoted and other's didn't. Displaying the name's of the promoted for all to see was a terrible decision, it just informed the entire place who got a pay rise. There is no official role progression in place. Full stop. HR are Robots, they give the same answers over and over again. Its like they've been trained to purposefully be unhelpful and malfunction when a question they don't like is asked.
