Great products. There's a lot of exposure for employees.

Cons

Arrogant management. Dyson has truly adopted the "royal and surfs" mentality. Very low pay with a ton of hours

Pros

Amazing products. Many hard-working people that actually care about the company. Half-day Fridays.

Cons

Middle management is out of touch and free to do whatever they want with no supervision or consequences. They're meant to serve as a liaison between the leadership team and their wider teams, but don't communicate or collaborate. Lack of transparency and physical presence from the leadership team. Severe and unacceptable lack of diversity in the workforce. No loyalty shown to long standing team members. Quick to recruit externally before promoting internally.

Pros

Depends on your manager, but people.

Cons

HR is awful, the culture is declining in the US office, and nothing ever gets done because 1 person says 1 thing, and then another says the opposite.
