flat organizational structure leads to great exposure, worked with some great colleagues, pay tends to be above average (to encourage people to stay although staff turnover is high) and staff discount while it lasted

Technical innovation. Free machines to use.

Cons

Backstabbing, two-faced, incompetent management. Pay is laughable. Lots of people running around looking busy, meetings until you can't stand another one, and nothing getting done. Nothing. If you are seriously considering taking a job with this company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
