Pros

Potentially Interesting technical work developing new products. Culture in general is to use initiative and make things happen. Canteen is pretty good Relaxed atmosphere and dress code

Cons

Departments tend to work in silo's, which are treated as cost centres. Hard to incentive collaboration between departments. Unrealistic project deadlines, driven in a top down fashion. Project decisions taken for politcal, rather than sound business or engineering reasons. Some areas heavily micromanaged. Company is incredibly Opaque - Understanding long term strategy for items like recruitment is very difficult. - getting access to information about projects you are working on is difficult due to security constraints.
