Leadership cannot be trusted it's fake. If you speak up about anything, be prepared to have it fall on deaf ears. Also prepare to be fired if you speak out on any issues. Narratives are pushed that constructive straight talk is welcomed when it's not. They say if you see something say something. DONT! Your just another body they don't care about employees. Recognition is minimal, if you get any at all. The turnover rate is high. They have to replace leadership constantly; Countless employees have left in the past year alone some fired but most quit. They pay is not great. So many great people have left this place due to all the nonsense. It's not worth your energy to work here. If you like being drained mentally/physically with little reward, this is the place to be.
