There are none. They have nothing good about them. Especially “upper” management.

Cons

Gossip, Lies and all upper management could care less about you. Snakes and backbiting all day long. You will get lied too and told you are replaceable always. No matter how many hours you work, dedicate your life, it doesn’t matter to them.
