      Healthy work environment, highly professional, reasonable expectations. People are fantastic to work with, everyone is very smart and dedicated to continous improvement.

      Upper leadership sets unrealistic goals for compnay performance, many deadlines and deliverables, many CEOs over the years. Company communication across teams is limited
