E Source is a 30 year old company with its eyes on the future. A company very focused on how data and new tech can help utilities. Their new CEO is an excellent leader and I would work for him again any day. They are flexible on work locations and I found the company to have very reasonable policies relating to Covid.

Cons

They still have to shed some of the old culture of the non-profit style origins. Some typical corporate bureaucracy was present but the new leadership change may or may not be able to address that.
