      Pros

      All the people here are fantastic to work along side with -- smart and passionate. This is an excellent place to get started in a career field.

      Cons

      Constant changes in strategic initiatives from the leadership, including a constant stream of acquisitions that disrupt strategy, average-at-best pay and benefits, limited and unclear opportunities to grow and earn raises/promotions. Not a very diverse company.

      Pros

      My coworkers are the best. My clients are the best. I love the work I do. There are so many cool missions happening here.

      Cons

      There have been 4 reorgs in the past 12 months, including a sizable RIF. Despite monthly meetings about valuing our employees above all else, there is no visibility or transparency ever, and they just announced that annual bonuses are cut in half because the company fell a couple % short of leadership's 2025 target. Turnover is crazy at all levels. My boss quit a month ago and hasn't been backfilled.

      - The code base is old, and difficult to work with. However, this is can be viewed as a opportunity. Many companies use a similar code base so learning about it can be beneficial to your career. - Also the dev team is really great to work with

      Cons

      - Pay is usually lower than other companies, like significantly lower, about 50%
