The work/life balance is top notch. The ability to work from home when life stuff comes up or when weather is bad, is a huge incentive.

Cons

The executive leadership seems to struggle with setting priorities.

Pros

The people are what make E Source awesome. There is such an eclectic mix of smart, dedicated people here who can work hard but also have fun. It makes for a great culture and a fun, positive work environment. E Source offers lots of opportunities for those who seek advancement and prove themselves. It's nice to work in a small enough company that your voice is actually heard and your opinion counts. The work-life balance is also a big plus.

Cons

Being a smaller company we often wear many hats so sometimes it can be tricky to juggle everything!

Good place to learn if you are new to the industry and able to handle chaos and lack of leadership

Cons

Used to have a good work life balance but I past few years focus is on making the economics look good in order to position the company for sale. Have been lots of great people let go and people without leadership skills put in positions they are not qualified for. And with less staff the work loads are increasing without compensation. And the quality of work has also dropped significantly
