Pros

Unlimited PTO is nice (I have never had an issue). Other benefits are nice too. The pay is average or a bit below as a data scientist. The work is interesting but some projects can drag on and some have even gone nowhere after months of work.

Cons

The pay could be better. No transparency on how bonuses work or if we will get one. Not much transparency on pay other than what I was told at the end of my interview. Work is only as interesting as the projects you are placed on. No options, other than work, to improve coding or other work skills.
