Pros

You can collect a paycheck

Cons

If you want to be hire based on minority status and not your actual qualifications come here. Hiring people who aren’t qualified to flip burgers. Stock plan used to have a 100% licensed requirement, but now out of about 115, they’re at less than 10%. They’re contractually obligated to answer the phone in stock plans. What they don’t tell their clients is 90% of the stock plan reps cannot answer their calls and instantly transfer. I hope a corporate client sees this. They hire uneducated mouth breathers to push sales to Morgan Stanley. Truly a team of illiterate uneducated morons. Apple, Tesla, Intel please leave so they take this seriously.

Pros

They pay for your SIE, 7 and 63: Fast Promotions because everyone ahead of you quit.

Cons

*Little to know systems training (everything is read a KB article) *Little to know real training for Phones. You listen to 1 day of calls, Talk for a Day and a Half, Then completely on your own... If you ask for help, You get either wrong info or you why you don't know these answers. * You will get hired with them telling you one thing. When you get there its completely not (including the pay increases) *Once you're licensed and you complete Trader Cert. You're liable, but don't expect anyone to help you. *Most people want to quit and will tell you that after you have been there a while *You are hired as customer service: but you find out REALLY quickly your actually a salesman - Starts with Promo's, than referrals, now business opportunities, and your expected to sell them to people who just want to reset there passwords

Pros

I was a top producer. No positives left in this position as of 2024. Everyone is trying to leave. Massive turnover. The good RMs are almost all gone and new hires (even internal hires from the VEA two year program) come in and quit within a few months once they realize first-hand how terrible this position has become. HR & hiring managers are misleading applicants to fill the seats, don't fall for it. This role is not what it used to be.

Cons

Everything. I tried to give zero stars but system required at least one. Do NOT make the mistake of taking this job, you will regret it. It's not what they're describing. They will work you like a mule and then play games to not compensate you when you produce. Management is the worst I have ever encountered.
