E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley reviews

There literally was not a single truthfully thing they told me in my interview. I was promised higher compensation. I was told I would be consulting participants in my role. I pretty much exclusively service participants with enrollment. I was told I would have the ability to choose my shift. I was also told my job title in the interview was being a stock plan consultant and that was never a thing. (It even said that in my job application)

They always ask overtime (double pay), mostly micro managed, they push shorter call times, shorter times in between calls, higher adherence to team-planned schedules, and will not hesitate to put you on warning for not performing/they have little patience for those not “fitting-in” and translates to a feeling of low job security
