      Paid caregiver leave Generous time off Medium-good healthcare Good health resources like onemedical, capsule, headspace, and Gympass

      Cons

      Salary is not commensurate with the line of work they put you into. May be fine to get your FINRA licenses and go somewhere that will pay you better Call center work, in general, is tough to do for more than 1-2 years but E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley have artificial minimum service requirements before promotions eligibility. And your first 1-3 promotions are still going to be for different, more “skilled” call center roles

      Pros

      Good way to get your foot in the door of financial services industry. Great training and preparation for series 63 and 7.

      Cons

      If you do not enjoy a call center environment it is not for you. For me the pay was not enough for the stress and anxiety if you are not used to or comfortable with the call center environment.
