Pros

Pay is decent and you get benefits (healthcare, sick leave & PTO).

Cons

High volume call center with very poor training and managerial support. If you consider yourself to be highly empathic or a HSP, I wouldn’t recommend. My mental health took a severe toll while working here.

Pros

Nothing but good things to say in my years here. Very friendly supportive environment from top to bottom. Management cares about every employee at every level. Promotion opportunities, benefits, bonuses, performance incentives, social activism, cultural awareness - its all here.

Cons

If you're in a call center role, people can be draining but that's just customer service in general.
