Pros

- They pay for you to get licensed (Series 7 and 63) - 1.5x pay rate for any time worked beyond 40 hours

Cons

- Severe lack of practical training that'll leave you tossed into calls you're nowhere near ready to take and support will be only partially useful in helping you figure out what to do on calls. - Terrible communication among management and facilitators that leaves you hearing multiple things and unsure of what is coming soon. - Bonuses are discretionary and have a good chance of disappointing you. - Career paths in this role only truly lead to other call center-type roles, but for more specialized groups. - I was told by my recruiter that I'd never have to work weekends unless I requested to during scheduling...got scheduled for weekend shifts right after training.
