      Pros

      Decent entry level salary if you are single with no kids... 2 days out of the week are work from home. room to advance to higher tiers of service

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to build a resume or pivot to a more meaningful career. This is an area of finance that doesnt translate to any other industries other then securities finance so i advise getting into as many departments as possible in order to fluff your resume... Pretty unfufilling role... everyone essentially hates thier job until they find a role that doesnt involve taking phone calls. Operations groups are generally happy with what they do, service reps hate the job... 80% of work related discussion is about getting a different job or finding a new role.
