      Easy, predictable job. Nice co-workers, good training

      Cons

      When I was hired they made it seem like its really easy to advance, but after 2 years of doing exactly what was asked, I had not advanced and was put on a different schedule that felt like a major demotion. I asked to be moved back to standard 9-6 hours multiple times and was told what I needed to do to get back there. I made sure I did all of that and still was kept on a terrible schedule. It felt like management didn't care.

      Pros

      Decent vacation days and other time off. Great work-life-balance.

      Cons

      Borderline abusive leadership in some cases. The company views you as a replaceable robot. Clients often attack you on the phone and there is little sympathy or support from leadership. Very high pressure job.
