Pros

E&E Manufacturing is one of the Safest companies around to work for. Our owner sets safety as the # one priority for his Associates - Safety First. Also the culture here is awesome - Family.

Cons

As you know no place is perfect - at times we do come across Associates that do not share our cultural practices which makes it uncomfortable for others.

Pros

They are changing the culture to meet the needs of their employees . They also pay very well and look out for the welfare of the people. I never seen a company who invest so must in their employees

Cons

Their is little room for me to grow because it is a small company. Some of the older employees have a hard time with changes and the can be hard on new employees. The don't train very well.
